🦋🦋🦋 Die Leichtigkeit von Form und Funktion wird in diesem Werk über die Grenzen der profanen Wirklichkeit hinaus verschoben, indem statisches, unorganisches Schuhwerk in die fliegende Freiheit graziler Schmetterlinge transformiert wird. Entstanden beim einfachen Anprobieren solcher Schuhe zeigt dieses Kunstwerk die Vorliebe der Künstlerin, Dinge und Gegenstände, die ihr gefallen oder besonders erscheinen, aus dem ursprünglichen Zusammenhang bzw. der eigentlichen Verwendung zu nehmen. So wandelt sich in diesem Falle die Unbeweglichkeit der Trägerinnen dieses Schuhwerks in die absolute Bewegungsfreiheit der Schmetterlinge in der Luft über der Stadt.

🦋🦋🦋 In this work, the lightness of form and function is pushed beyond the boundaries of mundane reality by transforming static, inorganic footwear into the flying freedom of graceful butterflies. Created by simply trying on such shoes, this work of art shows the artist preference for taking things and objects that she likes or seems special out of their original context or actual use. In this case, the immobility of the wearers of these shoes is transformed into the absolute freedom of movement of the butterflies in the air above the city.
